About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven International Account Manager with proven experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry to manage and grow our international retail and distribution accounts across the UK, EMEA, and Australia/New Zealand.
This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel to the UK office and international markets as required. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for key partners, playing a vital role in delivering growth strategies, launching new products, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key international retail and distributor accounts across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
* Lead account planning, forecasting, and joint business planning to drive sustainable sales growth.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, NPD, logistics, and finance teams to deliver seamless execution.
* Develop deep relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new opportunities and markets.
* Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular reporting and strategic insights.
* Support the launch and rollout of new product lines in line with brand strategy and retailer timelines.
* Represent the brand at international meetings, events, and occasional trade shows.
* Ensure brand alignment and consistent positioning across global markets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in international account management within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
* Demonstrable experience managing major retail or distribution partners internationally.
* Deep understanding and passion for global beauty markets and consumer trends.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
* Confident communicator, relationship builder, and collaborator across multiple time zones.
* Comfortable working remotely, highly self-motivated and organized.
* Willing to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally as required.
* No additional languages required, but a global mindset is essential.
