About the Role
This role is responsible for providing efficient competence advisory services to operated assets, technical and HSE functions. Maintains latest standards, procedures and systems to ensure consistent best practice is deployed in the competence area satisfying Country specific legislation and company requirements. Provides operated assets support for assessment and verification. Supports functional competence frameworks and assessment across the business.
Responsibilities
1. Support the development of site, business and portfolio competence assurance plans in a timely manner to identify technical and legislative competence needs.
2. Conduct assessments and/or internal verification as required.
3. Manage the competence assurance register and build effective relationships with assessors and internal verifiers assisting with standardisation meetings and ensuring they are following correct process.
4. Manage Competence and Job Profiles in the Competence Management System and prepare and issue competence reports.
5. Actively contribute to key competence strategies including competence frameworks.
