The Role:
* Sushi
Preparation: Prepare sushi with precision and artistry, ensuring every
dish is of the highest quality in terms of taste, texture, and
presentation.
* Knife
Skills: Display expert-level knife skills for preparing sashimi,
sushi, and other raw fish preparations.
* Sushi
Station Mastery: Manage the sushi section, ensuring seamless service
flow and maintaining exceptional standards of quality during peak hours.
* Collaborative
Approach: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth
operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Continuous
Development: Actively pursue opportunities to learn new techniques,
enhance skills, and stay updated with the latest sushi trends.
