Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and expand key client relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially aware professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of delivering exceptional client service while identifying opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries effectively Build and maintain long-term client relationships Analyse client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Lead client meetings to review performance and future opportunities Prepare proposals and presentations to support account growth Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Skills & Experience Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience preparing client presentations and proposals Familiarity with CRM tools (desirable) Experience in financial services or consulting (advantageous) What’s on Offer £52,000 – £55,000 per annum Hybrid / remote working model On-site parking UK visa sponsorship available
