Framework Assistant (Exec Assistant)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team supporting Control Period 7 (CP7) Wales & Western, Building's and Stations. You will be reporting into the Framework Director and supporting the Framework Leadership Team (FLT).
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and align activities across all functions of the FLT for efficient operations.
2. Provide crucial support to the FLT in the successful delivery of the CP7 framework
3. Plan and document FLT meetings, track objectives, and actions.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for framework newsletters.
5. Maintain live projects list and organize annual FLT leadership tours.
6. Maintain framework organogram and facilitate inductions and onboarding.
7. Plan team building sessions, coaching and business events.
8. Support adherence to framework governance and prepare periodic reports.
9. Manage supplier relationships through a supply chain relationship plan
Requirements:
10. Highly organised and detail orientated
11. Tech-savvy with high proficiency in modern technology systems
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality
14. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship- building ability
15. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
16. Highly professional and remains calm under pressure.
Experience & Qualifications:
17. Relevant experience in a similar EA role.
18. Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
19. Strong communication skills with stakeholders
20. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
21. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
22. Full UK Driver's licence
23. Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent experience.
24. The Institute of Executive Assistants and Administrators (IEAA) Qualification is an advantage.
