About The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging and diverse activity program. Your mission? To provide a safe, supportive, and caring environment where every child can thrive. You’ll ensure that each child’s development is fully supported while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working alongside a fantastic team, you’ll receive support every step of the way, helping you gain the skills and confidence to truly make a difference!
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging activities that promote child development.
* Maintain and follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Proactively plan activities and conduct child observations.
* Update development records regularly.
* Ensure confidentiality regarding children, their families, and the business.
* Support the daily care and routines of the children.
Normal working hours are from 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM, based on a five-day working pattern. Please note that start and finish times may vary depending on shift patterns or operational needs.
About You
We’re looking for a great team player who thrives in a busy environment. No two days will be the same, so a willingness to try new things and engage with a variety of people is essential!
Skills & Experience
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare with a solid understanding of the EYFS.
* Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certification is a plus.
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal skills to relate to a wide range of people.
