You’ll be expected to:
* Target and close new opportunitiesacross your territory.
* Open doors with architects, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers.
* Drive revenue from specification through to project sign-off.
* Strategically plan your time to maximise pipeline and close rate.
* Own your patch like it’s your business.
What You’ll Bring

* Track record of smashing sales targetsin construction, roofing, or building materials.
* Experience selling flat-roof systems, liquid-applied, bitumen, hot melt, single ply, etc.
* Strong connections with architects, specifiers, surveyors, or property firms.

* Full UK driving licence.
