Fast Fit Branch Manager Vacancy in High Wycombe
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Fit Branch Manager at their busy High Wycombe location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to head up a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a well-established automotive business!
Salary and Benefits
* £37,000 Basic Salary / £50,000 OTE
* Company Car / Car Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Competitive Annual Leave
* Sign On Bonus
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
* Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm (3 out of 4 monthly) / Day Off In Week In Lieu
* No Sundays

Key Duties of the Fast Fit Branch Manager
* Managing all daily operations at the High Wycombe branch to ensure smooth service delivery
* Achieving branch financial targets and controlling costs
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the fast‑fit team to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
* Dealing with customer enquiries in person, via phone, and online to maintain excellent service standards
* Monitoring and managing stock levels effectively
* Posting hands‑on workshop support when required
* Recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new team members to build a strong workforce
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in a fast‑fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
* Strong knowledge of tyres, routine mechanical work, and customer service principles
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Target‑driven mindset with the energy to motivate a team
* Full UK driving licence is essential
