Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic Catering office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various software applications. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Duties
* Provide administrative support including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
* Assist in the preparation of Stock Counting
* Produce In house Food labels on purpose build software.
* Till Cashing up and safe reconciliation
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Till operating (in cases of staff absence)
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with Indicator and Nutritics is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
