About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home you help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they get quality care and support they deserve. You assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Each day will be different, so you can expect a varied but rewarding workload. As a Bank Care Assistant you may support residents with food, drink and follow care plans, or give one‑to‑one time. About You
To join us you should have experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills. Bank Position Flexibility
