To support our continuing growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment consultant, who has experience:
Lead candidate sourcing and selection across the social care sector using various social media platforms such as LI Recruiter and job boards
Build and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
Manage end to end relationships of sourcing and placements with client and candidate
What we are looking for:
Proven experience working in a recruitment environment, ideally within the social care, health, or education sectors
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development and relationship management
Excellent understanding of recruitment cycles, compliance requirements, and candidate sourcing strategies
Skilled in using job boards, LI Recruiter, and other digital platforms to attract high-quality candidates
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients and candidates
Results-driven with a clear focus on achieving placement targets and delivering exceptional service
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
