Your new company We are currently partnering with a highly respected national law firm to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor (Grade B or C) to join their well-established Manchester or Birmingham offices. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex, and life-changing cases, within a supportive environment that prioritises professional development.
Your new roleAs a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a caseload of serious injury files with minimal supervision
* Assisting senior team members on higher-value claims
* Working closely with clients, medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation specialists
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts
* Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate
* Contributing to ongoing business development and team growth
* Ensuring the highest standards of client care throughout each stage of the litigation process
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified solicitor or CILEX (essential)
* Proven background in multi-track personal injury and/or serious injury claims
* Strong technical ability and excellent litigation skills
* Exceptional communication and client-care skills
* The ability to work proactively as part of a collaborative team
* A genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
