What you’ll be doing

1. Effective e2e campaign management and stakeholder management.
2. Ownership of data targeting and personalisation briefs.
3. Identify test and learn hypothesis within campaign activities, use learnings to influence future campaigns across the team.
4. Contribute to overall creative brief for integrated TTL marketing campaigns.
5. Own creative brief for smaller scale Digital only marketing campaigns.
6. Obtaining targeting and creative approvals from all required stakeholders.
7. Responsible for performance reporting for all activity delivered through Marketo / AC.
8. Working closely with Digital Marketing Automation squad members to understand the data and technology to drive best in class outcomes and ensure alignment to achieve collective campaign targets.

The skills and experience you'll have under your belt

9. Previous experience working in a direct marketing role with an understanding of direct-response marketing ideal.
10. Experience of end-to-end campaign management processes and ways of working, in a B2B environment.
11. Good knowledge of data and how to use key data points to drive data-driven digital marketing campaigns and make solid recommendations to segments on how to achieve their targets through combining data, technology and creative.
12. Good understanding of how Marketing Automation platforms work to understand what’s technically involved to build campaigns and journeys.
13. Proficient in using data insights to drive actionable change i.e. campaign performance KPI’s, test & learn plans and AI tools.
14. Good understanding of demand management processes, resource capacity management and end-to-end processes for building and deploying campaigns.
15. Good understanding of the creative briefing and development process and customer profiles and buying behaviours to use data and marketing automation technology to create automated, hyper-personalised digital marketing campaigns and lead nurture journeys.
16. Experienced in working cross-functionally in a collaborative manner, to achieve business targets and desired outcomes.
