We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just play by the rules - someone with a disruptive, creative mindset who’s ready to bring fresh thinking to the fitness and wellness space. This is a part-time role (2 days per week, in-office), perfect for someone who wants to be right at the heart of exciting brand development work. You’ll get the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of fitness and wellness brands, all at different stages of evolution - from those undergoing a full rebrand to newly launched concepts and spaces. The Basics: ● Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 PA (depending on experience) ● Working Hours: 2 days per week in the office. The Role This is a hands-on creative role where your ideas and input will shape how each brand is seen, felt and experienced, both online and in the real world. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team, founders, and brand leads to produce high-quality content that cuts through and connects. Day-to-day includes: Designing assets for digital platforms (web, social, paid ads, email campaigns) Creating on-brand visuals for physical spaces, printed materials, merchandise, and events Supporting wider brand redevelopment and launch projects with creative concepts and design direction Collaborating with the team to brainstorm campaigns and elevate content Quickly turning around tweaks, amendments and requests as needed Helping maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple consumer touch points. The Person We’re looking for a designer who’s not just talented, but energised by the idea of doing things differently. Key attributes include: A strong, versatile design portfolio (across both digital and print) Confidence in using Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools) A creative, disruptive mindset - you’re not afraid to challenge the norm Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand storytelling Ability to work across multiple projects and brands with agility Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented when it comes to delivering assets A collaborative, fun, team-first attitude A genuine interest or passion for fitness, wellness, or healthy living Motion, animation or video skills would be a bonus, but not essential You don’t need to have worked in the fitness industry before — but if you love the energy of the space and want to be part of shaping what’s next, you’ll fit right in.
