Senior Creative – Brand Experience
to craft immersive, premium brand experiences for our guests, partners, and fans across the globe.
As a
Senior Creative
you'll take charge of conceptualizing and delivering world-class physical brand experiences that embody modern luxury. From trackside hospitality to global fan events, you'll ensure every touchpoint reflects the Aston Martin F1 brand identity with sophistication, creativity, and precision.
This is a role where big ideas meet flawless execution, you'll work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to create experiences that resonate across physical and digital channels, while elevating both our brand and our partners'.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of premium brand experiences across hospitality, retail, activations, and fan events
* Map and shape guest journeys to ensure every detail aligns with luxury standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to maintain consistency with our brand strategy and premium positioning
* Integrate digital storytelling with physical experiences for a seamless omnichannel approach.
* Research luxury design trends and new experiential technologies to keep us ahead of the curve
* Present concepts and activations to senior stakeholders and partners with clarity and impact
* Manage production timelines and execution across multiple global markets and the Formula One race calendar
* Oversee supplier and agency partnerships, ensuring quality standards are never compromised
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Significant experience in event, experiential, interior or architectural design, with a strong portfolio of premium projects.
* Degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent).
* Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
* Strong technical drawing/drafting skills; understanding of fabrication processes and material applications.
* Experience integrating technology into design (interactive media, digital installations).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Agile, imaginative, and unafraid to push boundaries while staying aligned with brand values.
* Ability to manage multiple international projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
