Responsible to the Directors, you will be Displaying effective bid and tender management Identifying potential tender opportunities and completing the application process Completing tender pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documents Producing a draft of the tender documentation submission for the Director in charge Proofing written submissions, ensuring they meet the clients brief and working with the Directors to finalise the documentation Ensuring the completed tender is submitted to the client on time Working with the bid team to create bid presentations Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders What you will need Previous bid writing and management experience Communication Skills Experience within the civil engineering sector (Possibility of working from home 2 days per week after 6 months in the role) If interested, please send your CV to or call Skills: bid writing bid management ICT communication
