1. Accounts Assistant – Temp to Perm
2. Hybrid (1 day per week from home)
3. Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
4. Preparing invoices in SAGE
5. Inputting supplier invoices onto SAGE
6. Sending out monthly statements
7. Reconciling the bank on a monthly basis
8. VAT returns
9. Supplier statements
10. Receipting customer invoices
11. Managing financial reporting for external use
12. Chasing Debtors where required
13. Preparing financial forecasting reports
14. Data entry onto SAGE
15. Carry out any other duties as directed by line manager
Ideal Candidate
16. Previous purchase ledger, sales ledger or accounts admin experience
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Able to work efficiently in a busy, collaborative office environment
