Rarewaves is an award winning online retail business seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our supply chain team based in Chiswick, London.

As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, we’ll expect you to -
* Ensure the supply of stock required to fulfil customer orders in a timely fashion, by placing daily purchase orders with our supply partners
* Monitor, analyse, manage, and source unavailable stock
* Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with supply partners
* Analyse Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) from 150+ suppliers with the aim of optimising problem areas
* Work closely with IT, 3PL, finance and customer service teams to identity and formulate solutions for issues as they arise
* Assist in enhancing in-house processes such as live order tracking and stock replenishment
Training is provided.
As an applicant you will have -
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Excellent organisational skills for day to day workload
* Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Great communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to work well within a tight team
* A self-starter attitude and ability to use own initiative
Previous experience within retail, at an entertainment retailer, ideally online, would be preferable but is not essential.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00)
Salary: Dependant on experience (£25k+ based on experience)
