We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Head of Design and Technology to lead our Design and Technology department.
Role Overview
As Head of Design and Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development, planning, and delivery of the curriculum within this creative subject area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their leadership skills while fostering creativity, problem‑solving, and practical skills among our pupils.
Skills and Qualifications
* A genuine passion for design, technology, creativity, or related subjects.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire children students.
* Organisational skills to manage curriculum planning effectively across all Key Stages.
* Willingness to learn leadership responsibilities within a supportive team environment.
* Basic understanding or interest in design technology concepts; training will be provided as needed.
