We have an opportunity for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join the team at Cooneen Group Fivemiletown on a permanent basis. The successful person will project managethe completion of bid responses toachievetop or maximum scores at the tender evaluation stage.
Responsibilities
Managebid process, coordinateall stages of the bid process from initial expression of interest to submission.
ReviewTender Documentation, read and interpret RFPs, RFQs, PQQs, ITTs, and tender instructions and identify mandatory requirements, clarifications, deadlines, and risks.
Coordinateinputs from Multiple Departments
Create and edit documentation, and assist in writing, formatting, and proofreading bid responses.
Maintain Tender Bank and Tender Libraries, update and manage databases of standard responses, case studies, certifications, and templates.
Manage Compliance & Quality Assurance to ensure the submission meets all mandatory tender criteria.
Manage submission including specific Tender Portal requirements.
Serve as the pint of contact for tender queries, liaise with customers, subcontractors and Internal stakeholders
Collect feedback and debriefs from clients and supporttender de-brief meetings to improve future bids.

Requirements
(Criteria must be quantifiable on CV; for example previous degree in textile design NOT good communication skills, OR team player OR positive mindset etc which can only be measured at interview stage. Include both essential and desirable criteria for shortlisting purposes.
Essential
Demonstrates experience in a similar role - for example bid writing, tender response, pre- qualification questionnaires, invitation to tender, or certification.
Ability to use Microsoft Suite - PowerPoint, Word
Able to use excel; to include formulas, pivot sheets/ v Look ups.
Desirable
Significant bid writing/management experience
Experience of working on a broad range of contracts
Experience of tender preparation and submission
Experience of international tender processes.
PRINCE 2 or other project management qualification.
Experience of leading and performance managing and mentoring others.
