Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and safety protocols
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
* Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and taste to uphold the restaurant's reputation
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and cooking
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Pay: £13.50-£13.51 per hour
