Do you think you’ve got what it takes to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes? As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy within our team. As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
What will I be doing?
* Process invoices, credit notes and manual requests accurately and efficiently
* Review and verify invoices and payment requests
* Assist with month-end close procedures
* Respond to supplier queries and interact with suppliers in in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate and organised financial records

Ideally, we’re looking for
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable desired
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential and experience of accounting software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
