The Customer Experience Leader role focuses on continuously improving the customer experience. You will be at the heart of our business in the dining areas, welcoming customers and creating 'feel-good moments' during their visit. You will work closely with the restaurant management team to suggest improvements to customer service, utilizing your training and skills.
