Procurement Manager, Estates, Hybrid £35,116 - £45,413 £5000 market Supplement, Plus excellent Benefits, 35 days Holiday, excellent contributory pension scheme As The University of Warwick enters another exciting world leading development phase and its continued growth, the Universities Estates department are recruiting a Procurement manager with experience within an Estates capacity (hard FM, Building consultancy services categories) This is a great opportunity to join a procurement function, which is at the heart of the institution’s essential estates maintenance and capital development department. The Successful Applicant We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual with: Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering competitive tenders end to end Excellent communication, negotiation skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience of managing a defined portfolio of spend, developing and undertaking category strategies to deliver best value and continuous improvement solutions. Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and strategic sourcing. Experience of working effectively within a framework of robust procurement, regulatory and audit procedures Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data for decision making. Experience of providing procurement and contract management advice An understanding of Public Sector PCR Regulations is desirable.
