Job Description
We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.
The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:
* Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
* Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
Qualifications:
* A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields is preferred but not required.
* Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency).
* Detail-oriented.
* Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
