We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and option to purchase further annual leave). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment during shift
* Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership
* Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations
* Effective leadership, management and communication with all warehouse departments
* Responsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours
* Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure all internal / external KPI’s are achieved and regularly reviewed
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent organisational/time management skills
* People Management including experience of disciplinary investigations and other people processes
* Good analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
* Team Development
* Computer literate; experience with WMS systems
* Work within a team and able to interact at all levels
