An Opportunity Has Arisen for a Key Worker / Support Worker to join a respected providing therapeutic residential care provider committed to delivering reliable, high-quality support children and young people with complex needs..
As a Key Worker / Support Worker, you will be offering hands-on support, promoting independence, and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of service users.
This is a part-time role offering benefits and a salary of £15.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in working on 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern.
Previously worked as a Key Worker, Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Care Worker, Therapeutic Care Worker, Care Assistant, Childcare Practitioner, Therapeutic Practitioner or in a similar role.
Previous experience supporting children / young people (ideally within the last 3 years)
The ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient when faced with challenging behaviours.
Willingness to work on a rolling shift pattern (including weekends and bank holidays).
A flexible and committed approach to delivering care.
A valid UK driving licence (held for at least one year, ideally clean).
