Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?
* Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and turning this into tailor-made solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
* Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Managing operational, organizational, and strategic aspects of your sales area, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

* Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
