What You'll Do As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the crucial link ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates applying to various teams. Your role will be fast-paced and multi-faceted, involving: Scheduling high volumes of interviews and assessment days across multiple business lines Coordinating directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to manage schedules efficiently Providing timely communication and follow-up with candidates regarding their recruitment status Organising candidate reimbursements and tracking recruitment activities Maintaining accurate records within internal recruiting systems Leading process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Supporting recruitment events and other hiring activities as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates with proven experience in recruitment coordination who: Have demonstrated the ability to manage complex scheduling and multiple priorities Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and internal teams Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team Have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate recruitment records Are fluent in English and proficient with web-based tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) Have previous experience within recruitment, HR, administration, or logistics If you're an experienced Recruitment Coordinator looking to grow your career in a cutting-edge tech company, we'd love to hear from you.
