Role Description
Media Presence & Brand Awareness
* Develop and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram, creating platform-specific content that reflects Clarks’ brand values.
* Produce engaging visual and written content (posts, reels, carousels, videos) to showcase products, behind-the-scenes activity, and company culture.
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster interaction to grow community presence.
* Collaborate with suppliers and partners for joint campaigns and cross-promotion.
Campaign Management
* Plan, build, and run integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, trade shows, and targeted promotions.
* Coordinate campaign assets including landing pages, brochures, E-Mail signatures, and digital collateral.
* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on ROI.
* Design and deliver targeted E-Mail campaigns to nurture prospects and existing clients.
Marketing Task Management
* Work closely with the Sales Team to identify target accounts and sectors.
* Conduct research to build prospect lists and support outreach activities.
* Utilise marketing assets and campaigns to nurture leads and convert interest into qualified enquiries.
* Assist in preparing tailored presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Content Creation & Website Management
* Refresh and maintain website content, ensuring accurate product information and optimised SEO.
* Produce blogs, case studies, and news articles to position Clarks as an industry leader.
* Manage photography and video shoots to build a high-quality content library.
Events & Trade Shows
* Support planning and execution of major events (e.g., CV-Show, Fleet Live) and sector-specific exhibitions.
* Prepare marketing materials and coordinate digital lead capture tools for events.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
* Provide regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

* Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
* Experience in B2B marketing preferred; automotive or manufacturing sector knowledge is a plus.
* Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing high-quality sales pipelines
