The Finance Department are seeking a current student to join them for a 14-month placement as Cashier/ Finance Assistant, with a likely start date in July 2026
The role involves maintaining accurate records of treasury and cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial data. This will include primarily preparation and input of daily online, cash and cheque banking, and the administration of the University and Subsidiaries’ petty cash, but also preparing and issuing invoices and credit notes, reconciling revenue, preparation and payment of bursaries, and reconciliation of balance sheet codes. The role is for a University of Worcester student who can add value to the finance department while gaining valuable skills and experience.
