We are aiming to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services by ensuring that everything we do is underpinned by holistic, person-centred and trauma informed approaches.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate leader, who is passionate about working with Older Adults and thrives within a multi- disciplinary environment to come and join our expanding Clinical Psychology Workforce. Main duties of the job
The post-holder will join a supportive and friendly senior leadership team which includes senior Clinical Psychologists across the Trust and the Head of Clinical Service and Service Managers for the Wirral area. They will also work closely with the other members of the CMHT leadership team, to develop strong working relationships and effective care pathways. Alongside these leadership roles, they will carry a clinical caseload within the Wirral CMHTs, working both directly and indirectly with service users. Alongside direct clinical work, a key component of their role is to provide supervision, consultation and training to the wider service.
We are keen to recruit someone with experience, specialist knowledge and skills of working with this client group. We also value leadership skills and the ability to develop innovative practice and play a lead role in service development. We are looking for someone who can contribute at a senior level to the vision for the service, working closely with colleagues in different parts of the system, including primary care and the third sector.
We prioritise investment in staff training and development as well as staff wellbeing.
