Title: Business Analyst – Annuities & Reinsurance
Rate: Inside IR35 (PAYE)
Location: Central London – 2 days in office required
Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in annuities and reinsurance to support a key transformation programme within the life and pensions space.
This role requires someone who combines strong business analysis capability with genuine product and market understanding, particularly across individual and/or bulk annuities and reinsurance structures.
What you’ll bring:
* Strong background in annuities (individual and/or bulk) and reinsurance
* Clear understanding of what an insurer requires from a reinsurer in the annuity space
* Solid Business Analysis / Change experience, including:
* Requirements gathering
* Process mapping
* Stakeholder engagement across senior stakeholders
* Ability to bridge business and technology, supporting operating model and product change initiatives
* Comfortable acting as a subject matter expert (SME) within a BA function
What success looks like:
* Quickly understands and reviews complex processes and product structures within the annuity/reinsurance space
* Brings practical product and operational insight, not just generic BA experience
* Acts as an embedded SME within the BA team, supporting delivery and decision-making
