Be-Resourcing is excited to present a fantastic new role with our client, a tech-focused, global legal services firm as a HR Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst, on a hybrid basis (50/50) at their Bristol office.
With a presence in over 45 countries and a strong commitment to digital transformation, this organisation is redefining how legal services are delivered; leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance client service and internal operations.
The firm fosters a collaborative, inclusive culture where data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement are at the heart of its people strategy.
About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real change? This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join a growing HR Reporting & Analytics team.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex HR requirements into intelligent reporting solutions; leveraging tools like Power BI, Workday, and Excel.
A key focus of the role is supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and helping shape how people data informs strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and DEI strategies.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Use tools such as Power BI, Workday, and Excel to build scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions.
* Promote data literacy and support a culture of evidence-based decision-making within HR.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience transforming people data, especially DEI-related data, into actionable insights.
* Strong background in Workday or similar HR systems.
* Proficiency in Power BI or other self-service BI tools.
* Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Why Apply?
* Work with cutting-edge tools in a data-literate, innovation-driven environment.
* Make a tangible impact on DEI and broader people strategies.
* Be part of a supportive, inclusive culture that values continuous learning and development.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to high-level decision-making.
