The role: Provide project support to all projects, adhering to agreed processes. Project manage a set of implementation projects across all products. Ensure that all tasks and projects are adhering to the agreed processes. Act as the main point of contact for client communications. Managing client expectations, focusing on timelines. Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any clients that are inactive. Coordinate and work with internal teams to deliver work in a timely manner. Project manage ad hoc internal development projects. Act as a first level of support during UAT, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required. Maintain task management boards, ensuring that all projects are up to date.
