Lecturer - Employability and Progression (Maths Specialist)
We are looking for Employability and Progression Lecturers (Maths Specialist) to join our Progression to FE and Routes Lecturer team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £30,202 - £41,769 per annum.

Job Purpose:
To assist in the development, organisation, and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the area of Employability and Progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a teaching qualification.
* Hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
* Level 3 Maths qualification.
* Current teaching or training experience with Level 1/NEET learners.
* Experience of developing and delivering differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning resources tailored to students' needs.
* Able to motivate and engage students.
* Capable of identifying learning needs and developing appropriate learning materials.
* Willing to undertake day trips or overnight residentials.
* Patience and ability to nurture students.
* Ability to drive a minibus.
