📍 Leeds city centre | Hybrid (typically 3 days in office)
💰 £30–35k DOE + discretionary bonus

This is a chance to join a small, ambitious media start-up at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll be hands-on across paid social and search from day one, while building a broader understanding of how all media channels work together to deliver results.

What you’ll be doing
* Planning, activating and monitoring paid media campaigns (Meta & Google Ads essential)
* Supporting integrated media planning across digital and non-digital channels
* Tracking performance, updating reports and spotting trends
* Supporting day-to-day client accounts, status updates and meetings
* Assisting with new business pitches and proposal work
* Working closely with the team to keep campaigns, admin and processes running smoothly
