Are you an experienced Project Manager or Site Agent with a background in Highway Civils projects, looking to take the next step in your career?
B&M McHugh, a leading SME contractor with a strong reputation across the South East, is expanding and looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. This role will be based out of our Basingstoke regional office, covering projects across Hampshire and the South of England.
What you'll be doing:
·Leading infrastructure projects from tender award through to completion and final settlement.
·Developing and growing our highways and project management capability.
·Supporting bids and frameworks to help secure new work.
·Overseeing programmes, budgets, safety, quality, and compliance.
·Acting as the face of B&M McHugh on-site, building excellent client relationships.
What we're looking for:
·A proven Project Manager or an ambitious Site Agent ready to step up.
·Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
·Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.
·Experience in highways or infrastructure projects.
·Flexible, motivated, and results-driven, with strong commercial awareness.
