Responsibilities & Duties:
We are a large care company that maintains a warm family feel, with great support networks including regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring. Our goal is to support residents to live as independently as possible, providing excellent training to ensure staff have the skills needed to assist residents in living safe, structured, and fulfilling lives.
Honeybourne is a registered care home with 21 beds, supporting residents with varying needs. It is set over two units: a residential unit requiring full support and a nursing unit with 24/7 nurse coverage for more complex needs. We seek committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, regardless of experience.
Responsibilities include supporting adults with mental ill-health and learning disabilities, assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing challenging behaviors.
Since our clients require care 24/7, weekend work is necessary but shared to allow free weekends. Shifts are 7.5 hours, with options for part-time (37.5 hours/week) or full-time roles.
