We are currently recruiting for a Stock Clerk Automated Warehouse or an Automation Process Controller to join our Stock Team at our new fully automated facility located in Peterborough.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Take an active role in investigating stock queries and discrepancies influenced by internal requests and customer queries
2. Support in systemically ensuring the smooth flow of stock inbound and outbound to our Coldstore
3. Manage and maintain Automation and WMS systems
4. Monitor and report system performance
5. Liaise with the engineering team to rectify faults
6. Action and monitor the site shared inbox, ensuring email queries are answered in an appropriate time frame
7. Provide excellent Customer Service to our numerous customers through email and by phone
8. Maintain commitment and positive relationship with customers
9. Provide data to customers to improve performance and support in ensuring the site meet KPIs
10. Manage the NCR process, ensuring customers are informed of any discrepancies
11. Set pick up’s/delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements
12. Interface with customer base to facilitate problem resolution and improvement opportunities
13. Ensure carrier/customer accessorial costs are communicated timely
What are we looking for?
14. Professional customer services and organisation skills
15. Strong eye for attention to detail
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. Self-motivated, team player with the ability to use own initiative.
18. Administration skills – Knowledge on warehouse system software
19. Good numeracy and literacy skills
20. PC Literate including MS
21. Knowledge of customer care in shipping and transportation
22. Experience of working with WMS (warehouse management systems) – is a bonus but not essential
