Job Details
Hours: 21 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Working alternate weekends and bank holidays. Required to have full flexibility. Working pattern 07:30-15:00 and 14:40-22:00.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care needs, including washing, bathing, dressing and medication administration.
* Provide interaction, complete activities and support residents throughout the day.
* Assist with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and paying bills.
* Prepare meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
* Encourage and enable residents to follow care plans.
* Support residents with getting up, going to bed and other daily routines.
* Ensure resident wellbeing and communicate updates to managers and agencies.

* Good written and verbal English communication skills.
* Commitment to undertake necessary further training.

* Reliability and flexibility.
* Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
* No prior experience required; a positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
