Responsibilities
* Managing design for permanent modular buildings in the healthcare sector.
* Co‑ordinating all design matters between key project stakeholders (Client, Design Team, third‑party specialist designers, Contractor and Developer).
* Prioritising workloads in line with project programmes and deadlines.
* Overseeing technical documentation to support tenders/quotations and design‑related queries.
* Liaising regularly with internal and external teams.
* Ensuring drawings are completed to the highest standards and client specifications.
* Managing 2–3 projects simultaneously, ranging from £0.5 M to £10 M.
Qualifications
* Design experience with the modular sector.
* Experience working within the healthcare sector.
* Autodesk proficiency.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple projects concurrently.
