Role: Administrator
Hours Part time – 15 hours a week plus holiday cover - This is a work from home role.

Site Solutions Group provides waste management and site services to contractors across the UK. We pride ourselves on offering excellent personal customer service to our clients, building relationships and reputations.
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our small team on a part time basis. Your role would include:
· Managing the Group accounts e mail boxes, forwarding invoices to Xero, checking statements, and marking other correspondence for members of the team to action
· Purchase Ledger, at busy times, or when a member of the Accounts team is on holiday or out of the business
· Keeping customer details up to date on our CRM system
· Assist the Group Finance Manager where required
We are looking for someone to work 3 hours per day, 5 days per week. There is flexibility around the exact hours worked, providing they are worked within the 9-5 working day.
Knowledge of Xero accounting package, CRM systems, and Microsoft suite is an advantage, but not essential as we will provide you with support and training.
