Join us and work as part of a team to look after the Lancaster canal around Lancaster. You'll always be volunteering in a team in the great outdoors.
The team meet regularly on Thursdays (usually the last Thursday of the month). The projects are varied and often based around the nature site at the bottom of the Lune Aqueduct. You could be planting, painting, doing vegetation management, litter picking or any number of things.
It's a great chance to meet new people and learn about how we look after the canals and rivers. These teams are always led by one of our colleagues or Lead Volunteers who make sure that you have the best time and help care for the local waterways.
