Overview
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician will ensure that production targets are met by providing technical support in the correction, prevention, and elimination of technical problems.
Through continuous improvement, this role aims to shift from a "repair culture" to an "improvement culture" by enhancing equipment performance and reliability through coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.

Responsibilities
* Maintain production targets by providing technical support for equipment correction, prevention, and troubleshooting.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
* Coach and develop team skills in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds Tech Part 2, BTEC ONC, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent.
Work Proficiency
* Proven skills in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Ability to work independently without supervision.
Electrical Experience
* Siemens S7 preferred but not essential.
* Experience with Inverters, Single phase, 3 Phase systems, PLZ safety, and fault finding.
Mechanical Experience
* Hydraulics (fault finding), Pneumatics, Drive chains, Belts, Welding.
* Additional training provided including PLC Level 1, 2, 3, Rexroth Hydraulics, Mobile plant, and First Aid.
All tools and equipment are supplied.

Shift Details
12-hour shifts (Continental Rota). Holidays: 20 days x 12 hours. Overtime paid at 1.3x Mon-Fri, 1.5x Saturday, 2x Sunday.
