The Role
As professional qualification in Health or Social Work managing all Health & Social Work staff within defined team.You will be responsible for the day to day management and administration of integrated health and social care day services and opportunities for older people in Lanarkshire, consistent with national standards, NHS Lanarkshire and North Lanarkshire Council procedures and policies. To promote an environment which will enable service users to maximise their potential for independent living.
Additional Information Specific to the Role
You will co-ordinate day services and opportunities for older people in the Cumbernauld area. You will also provide leadership, guidance and management to all staff in Integrated Service on day-to-day basis.
Carry overall responsibility for supervision and management of Social Care staff. Responsibility for the sustainability and development of the Community network within a defined locality.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Registered Professional experience.
2. Educated to/working towards/operating at Degree Level.
3. Further education/evidence of Continuous Professional Development in area of speciality including study days/courses/post graduate qualification.
4. The post holder will possess excellent team-working/leadership skills and have the ability to motivate others and work using own initiative.
5. Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Effective time management skills.
7. Public Service Management Certificate.
