My client, a leading social housing contractor, is currently seeking several MultiTraders to join their team for social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector, covering domestic properties across Leicester. These positions are temporary to permanent, and you will be provided with your own company van.
Key Responsibilities
* Reactive maintenance tasks
The maintenance work may include aspects of the following skills:
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Plastering
* Painting
* Tiling
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting
The Candidate
* Trade qualification (must have)
* Full UK driver's license is essential
* Clean DBS
* Experience in property maintenance
* Experience in social housing maintenance
