Night Support Worker
Ty Bronllys, Brecon.
Hourly rate - £11.60 to £12.00 per hour dependent on experience.
Full time - 40.25 hours per week.

Ty Bronllys is nestled in the scenic Brecon Beacons National Park, offering a rural setting, beautiful landscapes, and historic attractions. Residents enjoy walks, hikes, visits to the local village, exploring the hills, fields, and local history, including Bronllys Castle. They may also visit Merthyr for shopping and swimming, or Brecon for walks along the river and cafes.

A typical day will include:
As a Support Worker at Ty Bronllys, you will support our young people's daily activities, educational needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a team including teachers, therapists, and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised care during daily activities, including personal care, learning, and social interactions.
* Foster a safe, positive environment, ensuring emotional and physical well-being.
* Implement individualised care plans under the guidance of the supportive senior team.
* Support recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in collaboration with the team.
* Promote independence, self-esteem, and celebrate achievements and milestones.
