Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman (Civils) to join a long-term infrastructure project involving the re-design of a train station (non-rail works). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on foreman looking for a stable, long-duration role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations
2. Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
3. Work hands-on when required, supporting site activities
4. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
5. Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
6. Monitor progress and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
7. Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
8. Proven experience in civil engineering projects
9. Ability to work hands-on alongside the team
10. Ideally hold CPCS Blue card (machine tickets preferred)
11. Strong leadership and communication skills
