Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of installation experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech who will meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC power and hand tools to get the job done. Compensation:
$24 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
* Attach pipes or tubing from the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to HVAC equipment
* Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools
* Inspect all pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks
* Communicate with clients on how to properly use and maintain their new equipment
* Follow all applicable policies, codes, standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
* Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
* Earned HVAC school degree and 2+ years experience working in the field as an installer
* Candidate is comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
